Marc's previous roles at AT&T have included serving as vice president of external affairs for AT&T California and as the regional vice president of external affairs in Illinois. He joined AT&T's predecessor, Ameritech, in 1997 after serving as the director of Chicago operations for the Lieutenant Governor of Illinois. He was appointed to his current position in 2018.
A graduate of Northwestern University with a B.A. in Political Science, Marc also received his certification in corporate community relations from the John Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College.
Marc is an active member of the community, serving on numerous non-profit boards including the board of directors of the Greater Washington Board of Trade and on the board of trustees of Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater.
A native of downstate Illinois, Marc currently lives in Washington, D.C.
