David Kerr serves as the president of AT&T Pennsylvania. In this role, David helps develop and implement AT&T's public policy and philanthropic initiatives in the commonwealth. He is also AT&T's primary contact for state and local government officials, as well as policymakers and community leaders across the state.
Prior to joining AT&T, David founded and operated his own technology and economic development consulting firm. He also has extensive governmental experience in Pennsylvania, having served as policy director for former Governor Mark Schweiker, as executive director of the Pennsylvania Rural Development Council, and in various senior economic development and technology advisory positions in the administration of former Governor Tom Ridge.
David graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and earned his MBA at Lebanon Valley College. He lives in Palmyra, Lebanon County, with his wife, Wendy, and their four children.
