Andy Feeney is the president of AT&T West Virginia. As president, Andy is responsible for state and local government relations and community affairs, develops and implements plans to achieve AT&T's regulatory and legislative goals, and oversees the analysis of legislation and regulatory orders to determine the impact on AT&T and the appropriate responses to those orders.
Andy began his career with BellSouth in West Palm Beach, Florida, in 1998. During his 20-year tenure in the BellSouth and AT&T external affairs departments, he held multiple positions before leaving his native Florida in 2010 to accept a leadership role with AT&T in West Virginia.
Andy attended the University of Central Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. A repeat recipient of the Bronze Presidential Service Award for his commitment to community service, Andy is active in beach cleanup projects in Florida and in flood relief efforts in West Virginia, among other endeavors. An avid golfer, Andy played on both his middle and high school golf teams and enjoys volunteering at PGA Golf Tournaments across the country in various capacities.
In addition to golf, Andy enjoys distance running, travel and spending time with his wife, Meredith, and daughter, Grayson.
