AT&T & Stimulus Team Up To Kick Off 2017, Make Connections in Philly

AT&T has teamed up with Stimulus, a technology and media company in Philadelphia specializing in connecting communities for sustainable social impact, for a special program that helps simplify access to resources for neighborhood improvements, business development, and personal growth for individuals and organizations in Philadelphia.
