AT&T helps We Heart Harlie in support of families with special needs

AT&T recently announced a $25,000 contribution to We Heart Harlie & Friends, an organization that provides support to children with special needs.

We Heart Harlie & Friends serves special needs kids and their families with unique needs that are not covered by insurance. Funds from AT&T will pay for airfare, food, accommodations and ground transportation for families dealing with medical challenges.

“AT&T is proud to support We Heart Harlie & Friends in its mission to help families in need,” said Vince Apruzzese Regional Vice President, AT&T Virginia.

"The donation from AT&T allows us to provide important therapies, tests, travel and home modifications to local families with medically fragile children,” said Linda Reider, Executive Director. “Many of these things aren't covered by insurance and they are absolute must haves for these families.”
