More Than 4,300 AT&T Employees Nationwide Receive President’s Volunteer Service Award
It’s National Volunteer Month. And AT&T is celebrating 19 employees in Maryland being honored with the President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA).
The PVSA recognizes individuals who demonstrate a commitment to volunteerism throughout the year. These AT&T employees in Maryland are among 4,386 AT&T employees nationwide to receive this honor. They logged a minimum of 100 service hours last year, with many volunteering more than 500 hours.
"AT&T employees are involved in serving their communities across the country, and their commitment is evident across our company,” said J. Michael Schweder, president, AT&T Mid-Atlantic. “AT&T congratulates this year’s PVSA award winners and celebrates all our employees who donate their time and talent to help make a positive impact on their community.”
